Use the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or copy content, introduce harmful code, or infringe our rights or those of others. We may restrict or withdraw access.

You may join a waitlist or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account, including for suspected misuse.

All content on the site, and all OKURA branding, names, logos and our formula, belong to OKURA LTD or our licensors. You may not use, copy or reproduce them without our written consent.

We do not host an open review board. The customer feedback shown on the site is selected by us. Everything we publish comes from a real customer who has bought and used OKURA, is published with their permission, and reflects their own experience. We do not write it, buy it, or offer anything in return for it; if we ever do, we say so alongside it. Because we choose what to feature, it is not a complete or average picture of all feedback, and it is not a promise of any result.
