Terms of Sale

Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT. Where a pricing or description error is found we may correct it; if you have already ordered, we will let you reconfirm at the correct price or cancel. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free. We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom only.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will email an acknowledgement that we have received it. A contract is formed only when we dispatch. You can review and correct your basket and details at any point before you pay. The contract is concluded in English. We may refuse, cancel or limit any order, including where products are unavailable, where we suspect fraud or misuse, or where an error has occurred.

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, using the methods shown, which may include Apple Pay. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the method and authorise the full charge. Stripe carries out automated fraud checks. We do not store full card details. If payment is not received the order may be cancelled.

Our products are for adults. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery is free within the United Kingdom and usually takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for giving a complete and correct address.

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. We extend this to 30 days for any unopened, sealed and unused pouch. For health and hygiene reasons, a pouch whose seal has been opened or broken cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless it is faulty. Email office@okurawellness.com before sending anything back, or use the cancellation form at the end of these Terms, and we will give you return instructions and the address. Returns sent without prior arrangement may not be accepted. Unless the product is faulty or was sent in error, return postage is yours and the product remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the product. Your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected.

Subscribe and save is a rolling subscription: £47.92 per pouch, a 20% saving on the one-time price of £59.90, delivered free every 21 days until you cancel. The first payment is taken at checkout and each renewal is charged automatically to the same payment method on the renewal date. Prices include UK VAT. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time through the link in your order emails, which is managed by Stripe, or by emailing office@okurawellness.com, up to the point your next payment is taken. Cancelling stops future payments and deliveries; it does not cancel an order already dispatched. Each delivery is a separate order, so clause 6 applies to each one. If we change the price we will tell you in advance and you can cancel before it takes effect. If a payment fails we may retry it and will let you know; if it cannot be taken the subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Use the products only as directed on the label and in line with our Health Disclaimer. We are not responsible for harm arising from misuse, from exceeding the stated serving, or from use against the guidance given. Keep out of the reach of young children.

Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item only. It grants no rights in our intellectual property, including our formula, branding, names and logos. You may not resell, replicate or commercialise our products or content without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, revenue, data or opportunity; and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, governmental action, power or network failures, or the acts or delays of third parties such as couriers.

Apart from the subscription saving in clause 7, no discount codes or promotions are offered at launch. Any future promotion will carry its own terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Email office@okurawellness.com and we will look into it. We do not take part in any alternative dispute resolution scheme, so if a complaint cannot be resolved between us you may take it to the courts.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before its courts; as a consumer you may also bring proceedings where you live in the UK. We may update these Terms; the version in force when you order governs that order.
