Terms of Sale

Product descriptions, images and prices are shown on the website. Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate. We take care to be accurate, but where an error is found (for example a pricing or description error) we may correct it; if you have already ordered we will let you reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will send an acknowledgement email confirming we have received your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products to you. We may refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion, including where products are unavailable, where we suspect fraud or misuse, or where a pricing or other error has occurred.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider (Stripe) and the methods shown, which may include Apple Pay. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen method and authorise the full charge, including any delivery costs and taxes. If payment is not successfully received the order may be cancelled.

Our products are intended for adults. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over. Checkout requires confirmation that you are 18 or over.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Any delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

Cancellations and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: you may cancel an order of unopened, sealed product within 14 days; for health and hygiene reasons, product whose seal has been opened or broken cannot be returned or refunded; and your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected. All returns must be arranged with us by email at office@okurawellness.com before anything is sent back.

You agree to use the products only as directed on the label and in line with our Health Disclaimer. We are not responsible for any harm arising from misuse, from exceeding the stated serving, or from use against the guidance provided. Keep out of reach of children.

Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item only. It grants no rights in our intellectual property, including our formula, branding, names and logos. You may not resell, replicate or commercialise our products or content without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, revenue, data or opportunity; and our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the products in that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, governmental action, power or network failures, or the acts or delays of third parties such as couriers and customs authorities.

No discount codes or promotions are offered at launch. We may introduce promotions in future; where we do, they will carry their own terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales; as a consumer you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in force when you place your order governs that order. The current version is always posted on the website.
