This policy outlines our collection, processing, delivery metrics, and return terms for all orders submitted on www.okurawellness.com. Our Refund Policy explicitly integrates into our general Terms of Sale.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched by our third-party fulfilment partner. We aim to deliver promptly, typically within around a week of your order, but all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Any delivery cost is shown at checkout.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, including those caused by couriers. If a parcel does not arrive, contact us by email at office@okurawellness.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the matter.
You may cancel an order of unopened, sealed and unused product within 14 days of receiving it. To do so you must first contact us by email at office@okurawellness.com. We will then provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before contacting us; returns sent without prior arrangement may not be accepted.
For health and hygiene reasons, any product whose seal has been opened or broken cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Where you cancel or change your mind, the cost of returning the product is your responsibility, and the product remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Where a refund is due, it will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product. We may withhold a refund until the product is received and inspected.
If a product arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us by email at office@okurawellness.com with your order number and a photograph. Once we have confirmed the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights and will cover reasonable return costs for that item. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
